Preschool Educational Assistant - Special EdWork Schedule- 7 hours per day

- Support the classroom teacher with daily instructional activities
- Assist students during whole-group, small-group, and individualized learning
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
- Provide support with classroom materials, centers, and learning tasks
- Assist students during transitions, snacks, and recess
- Foster positive relationships with students and encourage appropriate behaviors
- Collaborate with instructional and administrative staff to promote the success of all early learners
- Bilingual (a plus)
- 60 college credits (a plus)
- Educational assistant (or similar experience) - a plus
- HS diploma required
School Year
Salary- As per salary guide based on experience and earned degree level
- Minimum $29,250- maximum $40,713
In addition to the base salary, eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package: including medical/vision, prescription and dental insurance, and paid time off. Will be entered into the appropriate NJ Pension Program.
