LC-Installation Planner

Location: Bergen, Norway

Contract Type: Contract

About the Company

We are representing a leading energy client delivering complex, large-scale projects across the industry. They are seeking an experienced Installation Planner to support the successful planning and execution of offshore and onshore installation activities within a collaborative project environment.

About the Role

As an LC-Installation Planner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining installation schedules while working closely with engineering, installation, and project teams. You will play a key role in ensuring project milestones are achieved by proactively monitoring progress, identifying schedule risks, and supporting recovery planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain project installation schedules in collaboration with method and installation teams.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with key project milestones and targets.
  • Follow up on offshore and onshore installation activities.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the overall project planning basis.
  • Ensure consistency between contractor schedules and the overall project plan.
  • Perform planning, trend, and critical path analysis.
  • Identify schedule risks and contribute to recovery planning where required.
  • Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, contractors, and senior management.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • At least five years of relevant planning experience.
  • Offshore or other relevant practical experience is preferred.
  • Experience with installation, commissioning, or shutdown planning.
  • Proficiency in Safran Project (experience with MIPS is advantageous).
  • Strong analytical and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • A proactive attitude and strong collaboration skills.
