Mid-Level Pricing Analyst

• Develop cost proposals, including pricing models and cost volume narratives
• Advise internal clients on risk mitigation and winning price strategies
• Ensure cost proposal compliance with CAS, FAR, DFARS, corporate policies, and solicitation requirements
• Coordinate cost-volume development with management and Capture Management, Business Development, Contracts, Finance, Procurement, HR/Compensation, and technical personnel
• Help lead or assist in pricing strategy aligned with win themes, competitive positioning, and customer priorities
• Support financial analysis and cash-flow development
• Manage cost proposal schedules, production milestones, management/risk reviews, and timely delivery of compliant products
• Support subcontract solicitations and contract negotiations
• Assist with internal and DCAA/DCMA reviews, audits, and customer fact findings
• Assist Pricing management with training, cost proposal reviews, policy compliance initiatives, and refinement of policies, procedures, and toolsets

• BA/BS degree in Business or related field and 2+ years of pricing experience; or MA/MS degree in Business or related field and 0-2 years of pricing experience
• Knowledge of Federal Government Pricing
• Understanding and experience using Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, and Time and Materials contracts
• Understanding of Pricing Strategy
• Experience using and understanding Forward Pricing Rates and their impact to contract pricing
• Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
• Prior experience supporting DCAA audits and reviews
• Advanced skills using MS Office applications
• Experience in Financial Analysis and Cash Flow
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
• US Citizenship
• Organized, task oriented, reliable, communicative, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle multiple, often conflicting, priorities under tight deadlines
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Motivated, fast learner and self-starter
• Working knowledge of Adobe desirable
• MS/MA degree, Pro Pricer, , and active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI security clearance are desired or a plus

Demonstrates expertise in cost proposal development, pricing strategy, and compliance with federal regulations. Proficient in financial analysis and cash flow management, with strong organizational and communication skills to support dynamic project environments.
