The Department of Environmental Protection seeks State Park Police officers to enforce laws within State Parks, Forests & Historic Sites and other DEP lands. You will patrol lands and facilities, serve warrants, educate the public, and act as liaison with the public.
Candidates must complete Basic Police Training, be CPR/AED certified, and pass firearm qualifications. A valid NJ driver's license and U.S. citizenship are required; the role includes extensive training and a 12-month working test.
