We are seeking Part‑Time Home Care Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists for an expanded caseload in the Bergen, Essex, Morris, Passaic, Union, and Hudson counties of New Jersey. These therapists will provide community‑based outpatient services (Medicare Part
B), and private duty services in the area. We offer a flexible schedule on a desired hours per week basis, and most importantly competitive pay rates. This is a great opportunity for therapists to become a partner in patient home care and work at the top of their license while impacting their community. - Active PT/OT/ST New Jersey state license
- Minimum 15 hours per week of direct patient care
- Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
- Great clinical assessment skills
