24 HOUR Home Care NJ is a home care agency serving 11 New Jersey counties:
Morris, Essex, Union, Middlesex, Somerset, Bergen, Passaic, Hunterdon, Ocean, Monmouth, and Mercer. We provide companion care, personal care, dementia care, overnight care, live-in care, 24-hour care, respite care, and post-surgery recovery care. All caregivers are NJ Certified Home Health Aides. All care plans are RN-supervised.

• Hourly — Morning, afternoon, or evening shifts (2-12 hours)
• Overnight — 10 PM to 6 AM, awake caregiver
• Live-In — 24/7 with one dedicated caregiver

All caregivers are hired as W-2 employees with workers’ compensation, liability coverage, and access to health benefits — protections that 1099 contractor positions cannot provide.

Hourly Caregiver - Flexible shifts (4–12 hrs). Competitive pay, discussed in interview. NJ CHHA certification required.

Live-In Caregiver - 24-hr with sleep break. Competitive pay, discussed in interview. NJ CHHA certification required.

Overnight Caregiver - 8 PM–8 AM shifts. Competitive pay, discussed in interview. NJ CHHA certification required.

Per Diem / On-Call - As needed. Competitive pay, discussed in interview. NJ CHHA certification required.

RN Supervisor - Flexible, field-based. Competitive active. NJ RN license required.

All caregivers are W-2 employees with benefits, workers’ comp, and liability coverage. Statewide NJ assignments.

Certified Home Health Aides Available 24/7. Private Pay. All of New Jersey.
