Compassionate Home Health Aide & RN Supervisor — Flexible Shifts

24 HOUR Home Care NJ is actively hiring caregivers and Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) across Middlesex County, New Jersey. We offer W‑2 employment with competitive pay, workers’ compensation, liability coverage, and flexible scheduling.

• CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) – NJ CHHA required – Competitive pay discussed in interview
• Caregiver – Experience preferred – Competitive pay discussed in interview
• Companion Caregiver – No license required – Competitive pay discussed in interview
• RN Supervisor – Active NJ RN license required – Competitive pay discussed in interview

• Overnight Shifts (10 PM–6 AM) – Awake caregiver present throughout the night; ideal for fall prevention, dementia sun downing, and medication management
• Per Diem – Flexible as‑needed coverage, suitable for caregivers balancing other responsibilities
• Live‑In – 24‑hour on‑site presence with designated sleep time; substantial and stable income
• Hourly Days/Evenings – 4 to 12‑hour blocks, consistent weekly schedules available

• Provide personal care, medication reminders, and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) in clients’ homes
• Assist with fall prevention, dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, hospice support, post‑surgical recovery, Parkinson’s & neurological conditions, and stroke recovery as needed
• Coordinate with RN supervisors, case managers, and facility social workers to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and communicate any changes in clients’ conditions

• CHHA certification (or willingness to obtain) for CHHA and caregiver roles; companion caregivers may work without certification
• RN license required for RN Supervisor positions
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Middlesex County
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient‑focused approach
