R3 Continuum is searching for diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals to expand our network in Peterson and surrounding areas New Jersey. You will provide on‑site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.
Our FocusWe are looking to expand our Network of Farsi and Arabic Speaking Consultants in your area.

Requirements- Independently licensed in the State of New Jersey (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
- Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
- Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
- Willing to complete R3C's DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training.
- If you do not possess a training listed above, R3 is happy to provide you with training at no cost.
