Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
Ellie Mental Health – Central New Jersey (Flemington, Somerville, & Skillman locations)

Ellie Mental Health is a fast-growing and innovative outpatient mental health provider dedicated to expanding access to high-quality mental health care while supporting clinicians with the resources they need to thrive.
We are currently hiring Licensed Therapists and Associate Therapists to join our collaborative and supportive team.
CompensationIndustry-leading compensation with strong income potential.
Typical full-time clinicians earn:
$70,000 – $100,000 annually depending on caseload

- Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain clinical documentation in our electronic health record system
- Collaborate with colleagues and care providers as needed
- Maintain an average caseload of approximately 25 completed client sessions per week for full-time clinicians
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
- Licensed or license-eligible in New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, LSW)
- Experience completing biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain appropriate clinical boundaries
Insurance credentialing preferred for fully licensed clinicians.
