Sevita's Neuro Restorative in New Jersey is seeking a Team Lead to supervise staff in our residence and community programs. The role is 40 hours per week with Sunday 7a-3p and Monday–Thursday 3p-11p shifts, offering starting pay of $17.25/hour with incremental increases for experience.
You will lead staff, ensure documentation is accurate, participate in trainings, recruit as needed, and coordinate shift objectives to help individuals served achieve their IP/treatment goals in a dynamic team
