- Participate in drafting labeling for new medicine and vaccine products or revising/updating labeling for currently marketed products worldwide
- Present proposed labeling revisions to labeling committees
- Collect and review efficacy and/or safety information for marketed products
- Contribute to process improvement and other department-specific projects
- Complete one or more projects during the three-month summer internship in Global Labeling Strategy
- Currently finishing junior year of college or higher
- Enrolled in a BS, MS or professional program in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology, nursing, pharmacy, or another science/health care-related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Good organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word
- Experience working with databases preferred
- Experience writing, editing, and reviewing scientific content preferred
- GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred
- No visa sponsorship
Demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills while contributing to the drafting and revision of labeling for pharmaceutical products. Possesses a solid foundation in scientific writing and editing, with a focus on process improvement in Global Labeling Strategy.
