About the Role
This is a leadership position for someone who understands the complete RCM lifecycle and can drive operational excellence, team performance, and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in Medical Billing / RCM
• Charge Entry & Coding
• Claims Submission & Clearinghouse Management
• AR Follow-ups & Insurance Calling
• Denials Management & Appeals
• Hands-on experience with Client Onboarding and Transition Management
• Solid understanding of Medical Coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)
• Good working knowledge of Credentialing and Payer Enrollment processes
• Proven team management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills (client-facing + internal coordination)
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on KPIs, cashflow, and process optimization

• Take ownership of end-to-end billing operations across multiple practices
• Lead and manage a team to ensure timely submissions, AR recovery, and denial resolution
• Drive performance metrics such as collections, AR days, and clean claim rate
• Manage client onboarding, system setup, and smooth transition of new accounts
• Collaborate with clients/providers to ensure transparency and service excellence
• Identify automation and optimization opportunities aligned with Gen Medi Tech’s AI-driven approach
