You will serve as a "clinical anchor" for your clients, providing:

• Meaningful companionship
• Safe assistance with ADLs and specialized memory care (Alzheimer's/Dementia)
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Reliable transportation for errands and vital medical appointments (e.g., dialysis support)

• Active NJ CHHA Certification (Required)
• A valid driver's license and reliable auto insurance
