• Directly supervise four core personnel:
  Payroll/Administrative Lead, two Frontline Clinical Managers, and a vacant Billing Director position (which the Administrator will assist in hiring and onboarding).
• Manage the training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and alignment of 55 clinical and administrative staff members across all three practice locations.
• Implement structured workflows to ensure a high-quality patient experience across a busy practice averaging approximately 1,500 deliveries per year.

• Oversee and optimize the annual operating budgets, practice expenditures, and revenue cycle performance in tandem with the billing department.
• Manage and administer practice-wide corporate benefits, healthcare packages, and corporate 401(k) plans.
• Oversee the practice's comprehensive medical malpractice policies and ensure flawless regulatory compliance across all entities.

• Manage hospital call arrangements and operational alignment with Monmouth Medical Center.
• Oversee physician scheduling, templates, and complex call rotations to minimize disruptions and optimize clinic resource utilization.
• Act as the primary liaison between practice staff, management, and the physician leadership, delivering transparent reporting on operational health.
• Physician recruitment:
  Involved with reviewing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing searches
• Reviews practice policies including employee handbook, compliance, PTO, etc.
