We are seeking an experienced GMA Publications Operations Manager to support global Medical Affairs publication activities for a leading pharmaceutical organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage global publication activities including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and scientific communications
- Support publication planning, congress activities, and Medical Communications meetings
- Coordinate with Medical Affairs, Publication Leads, authors, agencies, and Data Vision teams
- Manage author agreements, financial disclosures, author approvals, and publication workflows
- Ensure compliance with ICMJE and GPP guidelines
- Maintain publication trackers, timelines, deliverables, and action items
- Support data quality review and resolution of gaps/inconsistencies in publication systems
- 3–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical Medical Affairs publication activities
- Experience managing scientific publications and publication operations
- Strong understanding of clinical study data and pharmacotherapy
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external medical communications agencies
- Oncology experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience; MS/PhD/PharmD a plus
