We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake s full-time position offers the opportunity to provide hands-on therapy while helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and everyday function.

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Assist residents with strengthening, balance, gait training, transfers, endurance, and mobility

• Follow individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT

• Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the therapy team

• Reinforce exercises and safe mobility techniques with residents and caregivers

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and other interdisciplinary team members

• $34–$38/hour
