We are seeking a Clinical Director to provide leadership and oversight of our Family Counseling Clinic, including outpatient mental health, substance use, domestic violence, and senior services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise clinical staff and consultants
- Oversee program operations, grants, contracts, and compliance
- Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and crisis support
- Monitor quality assurance, outcomes, documentation, and service delivery
- Develop program goals, work plans, grant applications, renewals, and reports
- Coordinate services with internal teams and community partners
- Represent the organization through community committees and professional initiatives
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
- LCSW, LMFT, or recognized NJ clinical certification
- 5+ years of clinical social work experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and clinical skills
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
