- Undergraduate degree
- 7+ years related experience
- Deep knowledge of recruiting and employment practices
- Extensive knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Proficiency in MS Suite of applications
- Strong interviewing/assessment skills
- Proactive talent management experience required
