We are seeking a polished, proactive, and professional Human Resources Business Partner to support the Engineering Division. In this role, you will assist in all aspects of the HR function in an organization that cultivates a close‑knit and collaborative corporate culture. You will showcase intuitive interpersonal skills, outstanding organizational abilities, and proven leadership to streamline administrative processes, increase office efficiency, and maximize workflow.
This hybrid role works three days per week at our Rockleigh, NJ campus.
- A strong relationship builder and influencer with employees and hiring managers alike.
- A true hands‑on approach and the ability to monitor the employee "pulse" to ensure high engagement.
- Assist with daily inquiries from employees.
- Provide support on benefits, leave administration, payroll, and recruitment to resolve any matters that may arise.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict‑free workplace.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team‑building activities.
- Comfortable handling a high‑volume workload and managing multiple priorities simultaneously—result oriented.
- Partner with Corporate HR Centers of Excellence to administer and drive initiatives and programs.
- Report to the Senior HRBP in the Engineering division.
- BA/BS in HR or related field.
- Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in a generalist capacity.
- Business savvy and knowledge to partner with senior leaders on strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively.
- Experience in a rapid and complex changing work environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, a strong work ethic, and a desire to achieve excellence.
- Analytical reporting experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Familiarity with HR systems (Dayforce, Workday, ADP).
Per applicable state requirements, the annual pay range for this position ($70,500 - $81,000) reflects the hiring range for candidates. The final offer may vary based on location, qualifications, experience, and market factors.
