Blackstone is seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Associate to join our Strategic Incentives Group. The Associate will play a critical role in managing and administering employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional service to our employees.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leaves, wellness programs, and other employee benefits offerings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors as necessary.
  • Process invoices and understand internal systems.
  • Review files and correct errors to make sure our plans operate accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of benefits data to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Document business processes with external vendors to create efficiency in administering our benefits programs.
  • Assist with the preparation of benefits-related reports, presentations, and communications for management and other stakeholders.
  • Understand leave administration and assist with documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a large corporate environment or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, disability, wellness programs, and leaves and accommodations along with various regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in benefits data management and administration.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the experience to effectively communicate complex benefits information to employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems, Dayforce, Workday and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the experience to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
