Technical Support Specialist

Micro-Air is an award-winning US manufacturer of professionally designed highly innovative electronic control systems for the Marine, RV, and residential HVAC industries.

Micro‑Air, LLC is located in Hamilton, NJ and is seeking a full‑time team member responsible for providing customer‑facing technical support by phone and ticketing system.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Trade School diploma, or equivalent work experience, such as HVAC, Electrical or Marine background.
• 1 – 3 years of applicable work experience
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact courteously and professionally
• Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Troubleshooting hardware, identifying site‑specific issues at customer locations
• Deliver service and support to end‑users using and operating the phone and ticketing system software
• Interact with customers to provide information in response to technical support inquiries, concerns, and requests about products
• Gather the customer’s information and determine issues by evaluating and troubleshooting symptoms.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware issues.
• Create customer tickets to initiate product replacements when required.
• Identify, manage, and escalation priority issues as needed with the support team.
