Within the Medical Strategy ,Transformation and Excellence team, the Medical Innovation function serves as the enterprise incubator for high-impact innovation. We operate as a future-focused lab: scouting, testing, and defining the next generation of medical capabilities before handing proven solutions to operational teams for global scale. We work in close partnership with Medical GBUs, Digital, and GTMC to ensure every innovation is grounded in real business need and built for adoption.

The
** Global Lead, Scientific Platforms & Strategy
** is the architect of how science is consumed in the AI era. This pivotal role leads the strategy and incubation of Sanofi's most forward-looking scientific engagement platforms — including GenAI-powered content , immersive medical education environments , and external LLM platforms  — while coordinating omnichannel scientific engagement strategy in partnership with Business operations and Go To Market Capabilities (GTMC) teams.

This leader redefines "Scientific Exchange" from traditional data delivery to dynamic, personalized, and immersive science experiences for HCPs, patients, and payers — designing how science is experienced and acted upon in a digital-first world.

* Main Responsibilities:

** Scientific Platform Strategy & Design:
* Define and own the Scientific Platforms roadmap, redefining "scientific exchange" from static communication to the design of how science is experienced and consumed by HCPs, patients, and payers across all channels.
* Lead the strategic design and incubation of GenAI content creation, Immersive medical education and emerging scientific engagement technologies.
* Build the vision for omnichannel scientific engagement, coordinating with GTMC to ensure standardized, scalable, and compliant deployment across Hubs and markets globally.
* Identify and evaluate emerging content technologies, immersive platforms (AR/VR), and AI-driven communication tools for applicability to Sanofi's medical strategy and scientific communication needs.
* Design platform architectures that enable personalized scientific content delivery at scale, meeting HCPs where they are in their learning and decision-making journey.
* Define the KPI and impact measurement framework for scientific platform use cases, establishing clear success criteria before handoff to operational teams (Field Excellence, Scientific Communications).Innovation Incubation & testing use cases:
* Function as the primary incubator for scientific platform innovations — partner with Digital to scout and evaluate technologies, design use cases, define KPI frameworks, and manage proof-of-concept initiatives end-to-end.
