Infrastructure Delivery Manager – Network & Patch Management New Jersey or Dallas (Hybrid)
We are hiring an experienced Infrastructure Delivery Manager with a strong background in Infrastructure Patch Management, Network Operations, Data Center Infrastructure, and End-User Workplace Services
. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of IT infrastructure experience with expertise in leading enterprise infrastructure delivery, managing client relationships, and driving network transformation initiatives within large-scale environments, preferably banking or financial services.

Experience with
Consulting / IT Services Companies is must have.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure delivery programs focused on network, data center, desktop application support, VDI, firewall management, and infrastructure patch management
  .
• Drive technical responses for RFPs
  , collaborating with solution architects and sales teams.
• Prepare and finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource planning.
• Manage deployment and support of network and data center infrastructure
  .
• Oversee enterprise patch management processes across servers, network devices, desktops, and applications.
• Lead teams supporting VDI, Desktop Application Support, Firewall Operations, Network Support, and Data Center Networks
  .
• Develop pricing models, project estimates, and ensure commercial viability of delivery engagements.
• Own project P&L, financial planning, profitability, and margin improvement initiatives.
• Manage project governance, SLA adherence, risk mitigation, and executive-level reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as the primary delivery contact.
• Mentor cross-functional infrastructure teams and drive continuous process improvements.
• Stay current with emerging infrastructure technologies and best practices.

• 12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Delivery
  .
• Experience with Consulting / IT Services Companies is must have.
• 7+ years leading large infrastructure or network delivery programs.
