Director – Insurance Digital Transformation

We are seeking a highly experienced P&C Insurance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to advise clients on innovative insurance solutions and guide them through digital transformation. This role requires deep knowledge of the P&C insurance landscape, strong awareness of emerging technologies (AI, GenAI, automation, insurtech platforms), and the ability to bridge business needs with technical delivery. The SME will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients adopt the right solutions and ensuring successful implementation with delivery teams.

• 15+ years of experience in P&C insurance, with a focus on solution design and transformation.
• Proven track record of advising and implementing insurance solutions for large enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of AI/GenAI applications in insurance (e.g., claims automation, underwriting optimization, customer personalization).
• Familiarity with insurtech platforms, digital ecosystems, and regulatory frameworks in the USA.
• Excellent client-facing communication and consulting skills.
• Ability to bridge business needs with technical delivery teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
