Qualifications
- 5+ years of insurance claims leadership experience
- MGA or wholesale insurance experience strongly preferred; carrier experience considered
- Retail agency backgrounds not preferred
- Experience managing claims teams, workflows, and quality standards
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily claims operations and departmental performance
- Oversee claim handling, service standards, and compliance
- Mentor and develop claims staff
- Coordinate with carriers, insureds, and internal stakeholders
- Drive process improvements and reporting initiatives
