** About the Opportunity
** As the Technology Operations Technician at Wonder, you will serve as the dedicated technology owner for one of our DISH facilities — large-scale production and distribution facilities that are the operational backbone of Wonder’s mealtime platform. DISH locations are technology-dense environments equipped with computer systems, wired and wireless networks, network-connected production equipment, handheld devices, scanners, printers, and more.  In this role, you will ensure every piece of technology in your facility runs reliably and efficiently, partnering closely with culinary and operations teams to minimize downtime and keep the food flowing.

Any available capacity above and beyond your facility responsibilities will be leveraged as additional support for our IT Service Desk — giving you variety and the opportunity to grow your breadth of IT skills across the broader Wonder organization.  
** The Impact You Will Make
**** Facility Technology Operations (primary responsibility)
*** Serve as the single point of contact for all in-facility technology issues, repairs, and maintenance at the primary site and assist other locations.
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, and peripherals (scanners, printers, handheld devices).
* Assist ETG team with troubleshooting and maintenance of servers, networking equipment (switches, wireless access points, firewalls),etc.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for network-connected production equipment and production management systems.
* Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of all technology assets to minimize unplanned downtime in a production environment.
