Project Director

Our client is seeking a Project Director to lead workforce program operations, drive performance improvements, and ensure successful contract execution. This role will oversee program strategy, staff leadership, compliance, and stakeholder engagement while delivering measurable employment and service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operational improvements and performance enhancement initiatives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and accountability measures.
• Manage staff development, coaching, and performance expectations.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, reporting standards, and quality controls.
• Build employer partnerships to support job placement and retention goals.
• Partner with leadership, funders, and stakeholders to communicate results and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and program performance.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of leadership experience in workforce development, human services, program management, or a related field.
• Experience leading operational improvements, performance-driven environments, or turnaround initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, contract management, and KPI-based operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
