A leading financial services organisation is recruiting a Vice President – Remediation Management to join a newly established enterprise function in New Jersey.
This role will support the oversight and coordination of high-profile regulatory, audit and enterprise remediation programmes, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive remediation activities, strengthen governance, and ensure complex issues are effectively managed through to sustainable resolution.
The successful candidate should have experience supporting or leading regulatory remediation, issue management, governance or enterprise change initiatives within financial services or another highly regulated environment. Strong stakeholder management skills, experience working with regulators, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional programmes and governance activities are essential.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing function at an early stage and play a key role in helping shape the firm's enterprise remediation framework.
