Director, Transcend R&D, BPO end to end

Role:
Director of Transcend R&D BPO leading global business process re-engineering and transformation initiatives within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division.

• Lead end-to-end process re-design in study management, manufacturing, logistics, planning, and supply chain
• Partner with senior R&D and Transcend leadership to define process vision
• Influence portfolio decisions
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of R&D BPOs
• Embed compliance-by-design and audit readiness
• Drive continuous improvements and change management

• Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related
• Minimum 10 years in R&D, Clinical Supply Chain, or enterprise transformation with proven success in global process optimization, ERP projects, and operating model change
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership experience
• Familiarity with SAP S/4
  
  HANA, GxP, and regulated environments

• Certifications (MBA, PMI, Lean/Six Sigma)
• Experience with compliance systems
• Agile, Jira, Confluence, and enterprise change management

• Focus on R&D operations, global SAP transformation, regulated environment, and cross-functional leadership

Work setup involves up to 15% travel; based in Malvern, Horsham, or Titusville.
