Responsibilities

  • Support the paid media strategy and execution of our Tik Tok Shop and Tik Tok LIVE initiatives, optimizing campaigns through data‑driven insights.
  • Drive revenue, ROAS, and customer acquisition across QVC and HSN on Tik Tok Shop.
  • Support promotional campaigns that drive awareness, traffic, and conversion for the Tik Tok LIVE program.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and ad agencies to align on strategy, planning and execution.
  • Own creative briefing and development for paid and organic content, ensuring brand guidelines and best practices are met.
  • Explore new business opportunities to drive customer acquisition, LIVE traffic, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement targeting and segmentation strategies with a test and learn mindset.
  • Develop KPI benchmarks and analyze campaign performance to support marketing objectives such as ROI, revenue and LIVE views.
  • Manage content calendar for organic social in partnership with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Identify and support process improvements for daily tasks and ongoing work streams.
  • Share best practices and provide day‑to‑day guidance to junior team members as needed.
Requirements
  • 2‑4+ years in digital, social, programmatic or relevant paid media marketing experience across both brand and performance objectives.
  • Experience with Tik Tok Ads Manager or similar paid social advertising platforms.
  • Experience with Tik Tok LIVE, or strong transferable experience supporting livestream on another major platform.
  • Understanding of organic social best practices and content calendar management.
  • Comfort working with data to understand what is driving performance and to inform smart, testable optimizations.
  • Strong copywriting skills and understanding of legal/compliance guidelines and processes.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a strong attention to detail and sound judgment in decision making.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work well across creative, merchandising, production, analytics, and operations teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, e‑commerce, merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
