Full‑time. Kellco Marketing is a sales and marketing firm located in the Cincinnati area. We specialize in direct customer retention and client acquisition for Fortune 100 companies. The role involves face‑to‑face retail customer engagement.

We develop and support a management team from entry level, promoting those who demonstrate results. The position offers a hands‑on approach to management training, weekly bonuses, salary, upward mobility, personal business mentors, paid training bonuses and leadership meetings, team nights, and travel opportunities.

Qualifications:

• College degree in sales, marketing, advertising or related field (new graduates welcome).
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising, event or retail settings; internships and entry‑level experience are considered.
• Excellent organization, planning and time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work nights and weekends.
• Enthusiastic about providing outstanding customer service.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and competitive mindset.
