Director of NovoCare Brand & Consumer Membership

Responsibilities

• Define Novo Care's brand, proposition, and role as the durable consumer relationship across launches.
• Build and lead a high-performing, consumer-centric team across product, CRM, and loyalty.
• Own results via a unit scorecard (enrolled consumers, active members, engagement, retention/persistence, cost to serve).
• Integrate brand, app/web, CRM, membership, and social into one experience (one voice/roadmap).
• Lead across brands: set operating rules, resolve prioritization conflicts, consolidate brand-level consumer programs.
• Own outcomes, priorities, and budget for the app and web digital experience.
• Ensure programs run in full compliance with legal, regulatory, and privacy requirements.
• Benchmark and adjust Novo Care’s proposition/membership against consumer platforms and new DTC entrants.
• Keep current view of competing platforms/loyalty models to sharpen differentiation.
• Provide people development, coaching, feedback, and recognition.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Design or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years’ experience in brand, loyalty, CRM, platform/product, or consumer marketing.
• 8+ years leading teams with measurable impact.
• Track record designing loyalty/membership programs and consumer platform propositions.
• Experience evaluating/structuring/managing external partnerships.
• Background in life sciences/healthcare/consumer/retail/hospitality/technology/financial services.
• Strong loyalty mechanics, CRM, and consumer engagement knowledge.
• Familiarity with compliance/privacy in regulated industries.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence; people-management and coaching experience.

• 20-30% overnight travel; based in Plainsboro, NJ HQ.
