Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high‑quality, hands‑on care to our residents.

Currently hiring full‑time, part‑time, and per‑diem across all shifts. New CNAs are welcome.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to ensure continuity of care

• Hourly compensation starting at $21.00 with full benefits, up to $24.00 with no frills
• Weekend Baylor:
  Double shifts on Saturdays and Sundays and paid for 5 shifts!

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New Jersey
• Previous experience in a long‑term care or rehabilitation setting preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Occasional weekend shifts may be required.
