Swan Hospice is actively seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in New Jersey. We provide quality hospice care to patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and in private homes.
The RN will oversee primary caseloads, develop and revise care plans with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), and educate patients and families about nursing care. NJ licensure, valid driver’s license, and hospice experience are preferred.
