Role
Senior Quality Assurance Lead supporting manufacturing and packaging operations in a GMP-regulated biopharma environment.
Responsibilities- Perform packaging line inspections, batch documentation review, and stability sample management.
- Oversee team of QA associates, including work planning, training, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree;
- 5+ years in GMP/QA environment, with leadership experience preferred;
- strong knowledge of GMP compliance, SOP interpretation, and Quality processes;
- excellent communication, problem-solving, and team development skills.
- GMP compliance;
- manufacturing/packaging oversight;
- team leadership;
- experience in quality assurance within biopharma manufacturing.
