Role
Stone Commercial, one of Sydney’s best performing commercial agencies, is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to step beyond the traditional role and join a forward‑thinking team.
Responsibilities- Monday – Friday – 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Proactively communicate to clients both internal and external at all levels
- Nurture existing relationships and maintain excellent customer focus
- Manage any escalations as the Senior Property manager
- Manage a property portfolio, with a focus on new business development
- Daily follow up of rental arrears
- Invoicing of tenants (including outgoings) and arrears control
- Maintenance issues and follow up
- Annual rent increases & market reviews
- Experienced and skilled people manager (must have proven experience)
- Possess effective communication and time management skills
- Must have current drivers licence
- Must have own car
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate licence
You are a true professional with great presentation skills, thriving in a busy environment, motivating and guiding a team. You have a strong work ethic and are looking to take the next step to a Senior Property Manager.
