Zone Team Leader

Ollie's Bargain Outlet - 2465 South Broad Street Unit, #C4 - Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and direction for the successful operation of a designated zone on the store floor;
Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery for the zone;
Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations;
Manage stock levels and ensure proper stocking of the sales floor for zone merchandise;
Schedule and staff for unloading/processing of merchandise and drive associate productivity and customer service standards;
Supervise associates within the zone and communicate directives to ensure follow-up;
Perform Zone Team Leader duties to open and close the store when needed and take on additional responsibilities as assigned
