Progressive scale up to $16.50/hour, based on experience

Sunday – Saturday, varied hours

• Make lasting connections with our customers
• Ring up customer purchases in an accurate, efficient, and prompt manner
• Problem solve customer questions and/or concerns (you may need to call a manager)
• Help maintain a clean and safe store
• Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have a great department
• Be part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled

• Friendly and outgoing, promoting customer service for the entire team
• Experience working on a front end
• Knowledge of coupons, returns, security procedures and etiquette
• Motivated to grow their career and continue learning

FREQUENT:
Physical lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.; pushing/pulling up to 20 force pounds; reaching, standing, turning; equipment operation (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine); mental judgment/decision making; social skills/verbal interaction; memorization, reading, writing, math

OCCASIONAL:
Physical lifting/carrying over 50 lbs.; squatting, stooping/bending, walking; equipment operation (calculator)

Physical requirements:

FREQUENT: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per shift; OCCASIONAL: less than 15% of the shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per shift
