Service Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, field technicians as well as other departments and management level associates.
• Focus on customer service.
• Grow local services business by developing new account opportunities.
• Maintain existing relationships with customers within the territory.
• Maintain open communication with customers regarding work schedule and expectations.
• Meet monthly and quarterly service sales quota (on contract sales and repair sales).
• Understand the company’s quoting and CRM process and systems.
• Submit forecasts and reports in a timely manner.
• Strong communication, time management, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Call on local end users continually (in-person visits).
• Maintain relationships with major customers and foster new prospects.
• Provide customers with all requested service reports.
• Understanding of AAADM Certification.
• Knowledge of door hardware/electric door hardware.
• Involved in customer complaints and resolution process.
• Knowledge of competitions pricing, strengths, and weaknesses.
• Join and maintain professional associations to enhance selling opportunities.

• Marketing or business degree preferred.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a business development/sales environment.
• Must demonstrate a high level of organization
• Ability to work well within a group in a team environment.
