What You'll DoRespond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and text.

Match customer needs with available vehicles and dealership offerings.

Schedule and confirm sales appointments.

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.Build knowledge of dealership vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions.

Work with the sales team to support sales goals.

Contact internet leads, referrals, and past customers.

Track lead activity and appointment results..What You'll Bring Automotive Sales BDC, Internet and/or Client Advisor experience is preferred

Ability to convert internet leads to appointment/sale

Total Rewards The hourly wage for this position is $15.92 with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
