Event Client Success Lead

• Consultative Partnership
  :
  You won't just take orders; you'll consult with clients to determine their specific needs and wants, providing expert guidance on their projects.
• Event Orchestration
  :
  Handle complex logistics, coordinate with Sales Management, and stay ahead of critical due dates.
• Network Building
  :
  Establish and maintain rapport with a diverse network of event planners, decorators, venues, and rental companies.
• Operational Excellence
  :
  Manage Purchase Orders (POs) for outsourced jobs and handle overflow inquiries with the poise of a seasoned professional.
• Consult w/ Clients to Determine Needs/Wants
• Handle Overflow Inquiries from Sales Mgr.
• Establish Rapport w/ Event Planners, Decorators, Venues, and Rental Companies
• Calculate Measurements, Quantities, Pricing, and Project Specifications
• Must be Driven, Versatile, Organized, and Have Good Time Management Skills
• Handle POs for Outsourced Jobs
• Stay on Top of Due Dates for your Jobs
• Performs any and all, additional Tasks as assigned by Management
• Hours - M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, two 15-minute paid breaks per day and one 30-minute unpaid lunch per day

• Experience in campaign or event planning, facilitation, coordination, or execution is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively prioritizing workloads and managing multiple projects simultaneously is required.
• Strong and current proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent customer service skills, are required.
• Willingness to grow professionally and take on additional responsibilities is required.
• Strong basic math skills, including the ability to accurately calculate measurements, quantities, pricing, and project specifications, are required.
• An approachable, helpful, and customer-focused attitude is required, with the ability to serve in a consultative role and guide customers through their projects.
• Experience or knowledge in print production and graphic design, including Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus.
