Home Genius Exteriors is seeking an elite closer who loves to teach. As a Field Sales Trainer, you will continue selling at a high level while developing the next wave of Home Remodeling Experts—turning new hires into confident, high-performing closers who stick and win.
You will train, shadow, and provide feedback to reps, lead by example with strong personal sales production, and drive ramp-up across 1–3 divisions, including travel as needed.
