Water Treatment Sales Consultant
Kel Tren is looking for a motivated Water Treatment Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners, test water, explain water quality concerns, and recommend the right treatment solutions.
This role includes in-home consultations, presenting estimates, following up with customers, and helping build new business. Company-provided leads will be available, but candidates are also expected to actively create their own opportunities through referrals, past customers, networking, door knocking, local outreach, and consistent follow-up.
Responsibilities- Meet with homeowners for in-home water consultations
- Perform basic water testing and explain results clearly
- Recommend water treatment solutions such as filtration, softeners, and whole house reverse osmosis systems
- Present estimates and follow up with open opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer notes and activity in company systems
- Follow up with past customers, referrals, and unsold estimates
- Actively prospect and generate new leads in addition to company-provided opportunities
- Provide professional, honest, and helpful customer communication
- Sales experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Willing to prospect, follow up, and build a personal pipeline
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Availability for some evenings and weekends based on customer needs
- Weekly base pay plus commission
