Job Description:About the Role
The Sales Enablement Specialist is the bridge between sales strategy and day-to-day execution. You'll equip our sales representatives with the tools, training, and streamlined processes they need to get the most out of Salesforce - and you'll use what you learn from them to make our internal sales process better.
What You'll Do- Salesforce Training and Content Development
- Sales Process Optimization
- Sales Metrics and Reporting
- Salesforce Business Administration
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales enablement, preferably in real estate or technology
- Direct, hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (required)
- Interest in Salesforce and in helping others succeed with the tool
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced find, filters, functions and formulas, charts), plus Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Power Automate, and Share Point
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions while owning your individual results
- Data analysis experience
- Salesforce certification (Administrator or Associate)
- Familiarity with franchise or brokerage sales operations
