We're looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems while delivering outstanding customer service. • Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on rooftop units, split systems, boilers, furnaces, package units, and related mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, controls, and mechanical issues
• Install and replace HVAC equipment and components as needed
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and team members
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and local building codes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Minimum of 4 years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience servicing commercial rooftop units, boilers, and mechanical systems
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
• Experience with electrical controls and refrigeration systems
• Valid New Jersey Driver's License
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders, rooftops, and in mechanical rooms
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality

• Full-Time
