Dormann's Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who wants to focus on what they do best:
diagnosing problems, making quality repairs, and taking care of customers.

• Diagnose, service, and repair primarily commercial HVAC equipment
• Handle occasional residential service calls
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and HVAC system issues
• Identify the cause of equipment problems and recommend appropriate repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine service as needed
• Complete service calls safely, efficiently, and professionally
• Explain findings and repair recommendations clearly to customers
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Keep your company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized
• Represent Dormann's professionally at every customer location

• 3+ years of commercial or residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Type II Certification
• Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Solid mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Personal HVAC hand tools
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Dependable work habits and attention to detail

• $30–$45/hour
