Collaborative Support Programs of NJ (CSPNJ) seeks a Housing Supports Worker in Cumberland County. The role focuses on pre-tenancy and tenancy sustaining to help individuals live independently and progress toward their full potential.
You will document progress notes, maintain case records for Medicaid reimbursement, assess daily living skills, and develop Housing Stabilization Plans. Strong communication, empathy, attention to detail, and a valid NJ Driver's License are important.
