Software Engineering Intern

Hamilton, New Jersey (Onsite – approximately 90 minutes from NYC and 30 minutes from Philadelphia)

We are seeking motivated Software Engineering Interns to support implementation, development, and business technology projects within a fast-growing technology consulting firm. This internship is ideal for candidates interested in software engineering, Salesforce development, enterprise systems, and business process automation. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys solving technical problems, and is interested in working on real-world implementations for business and government clients.

The organization focuses on helping clients optimize workflows, improve operational efficiency, and solve critical business challenges through innovative technology solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams on software implementation projects
• Assist with development and customization within Salesforce environments
• Develop and maintain quality code in a timely manner
• Support business process automation and workflow solutions
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Participate in system testing, documentation, and implementation activities
• Work with technical teams to support client-facing technology solutions
• Contribute to software development and process improvement initiatives

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong interest in software engineering and enterprise technology platforms
• Basic coding and programming knowledge required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce, or CRM platforms
• Interest in cloud platforms, automation, or enterprise software solutions
• IT certifications or technical project experience are considered a plus

• Hands-on experience within a technology consulting and implementation environment
• Exposure to Salesforce, Docu Sign, and enterprise business platforms
