Salary: $71,000 - $100,000 per year

- Prepare and review tax work for privately held businesses across a range of industries
- Support client engagements and build strong, trusted client relationships
- Work on business tax matters involving closely held entities
- Partner with senior team members on planning, compliance, and advisory‑related projects
- Mentor and support junior staff as you continue developing your leadership skills
- Contribute to a client‑focused team environment built around responsiveness and quality
- Use technology and strong technical skills to deliver efficient, accurate work
- Grow into a broader advisory role as your experience and responsibilities expand
- 2+ years of public accounting experience in tax
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- CPA or EA preferred, or strong path toward obtaining licensure
- Experience working with business tax clients preferred
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- Quick Books Online experience preferred
