Job Summary: The Specialist supports the financial operations of Lakota Local Schools by ensuring accurate and timely processing of all district payables. The role focuses on vendor invoice processing, purchase order reconciliation, payment issuance, and compliance with district policies and state regulations. The Specialist plays a key role in supporting the fiscal health of the district through accuracy, consistency, and professional communication.

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or related fiscal services.
• Valid driver's license.

• 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, 260 days per year based on a school year calendar.
• Per current Lakota Exempt salary schedule, starting at $24.04 per hour, based on verified experience.
